The experience was not good. They did not clean the bonnet area despite telling and showing them that it was full of dry leaves. It looked as if they just put water on the car in the name of washing the car.
Very poorly. I will not ever go to Land Rover Alexandria.
I waited at the dealership for an hour and a half before the I was told they did not have my tire.

Failed to put car back to together after service. Had to return to have them reassemble interior panels.
Carfax specifically asked about the service - about the oil change and tire pressure check. Well, when I drove away I had 23-25 PSI in all four tires (they are 51 PSI tires) and two hours into the trip home a tire almost fell off (three of five lug nuts weren't screwed on). The overall experience with Alexandria Land Rover was awesome, but the technician who put on the new tires, checked the tire pressure and tried to calibrate the new tire pressure sensor didn't do a good job.
Horrible customer service.... I was charged for services not performed. I had to take my vehicle to another location for the services to be redone
Entry incorrect. Front rotors and pads replaced along with 45k mile service. Dealership refused to do safety inspection. Stated front tires were on margin and wanted to replace. Took vehicle update m picking it up to local gas station and passed inspection. Dealership didnt perform tire alignment and now front end shakes at speed. Will have to have additional work done. Not happy with overall experience.
