First off we'll start with the positive, the 3 stars are for Jewel for outstanding customer service. As for the first person we dealt with "Gen" not impressed, very rude. I understand places have policies but Gen (employee gets zero stars) in the year 2025 demanding wire instructions from bank to bank on physical paper is absolutely absurd. Do not waste your time trying to open a business account or any type of account through these guys. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere, sat for over 30 mins waiting for my appointment, then they forgot I was even there. Same lady who confirmed my appointment greeted me as I walked up to question why I haven’t gotten my appointment yet, as if I just walked in the building for the first time again. Somehow I ended up with an OD fee and when I called a gentleman Mike was calm and effective in getting it taken care of. I love this Credit Union and everyone has been so helpful and positive. They are worth opening an account with.
Janet was extremely rude and cut me off multiple times on the call when I just wanted to make a payment. Mike had me pointlessly verify all my information for him to not even be able to help me make a payment. Would’ve been 5 stars if I had Ashley or if the other workers would’ve been as nice & understanding as her. Never had so many problems with a bank in my life
Absolute GARBAGE credit union. Been banking with them for over a decade and they're still less willing to work with me than other major credit cards and loan companies. Can see my perfect payment history but choose to still treat me like a suspicious stranger looking to take their money and run. Also constantly gives inaccurate account balances. Horrible place.
