Worked with Enjelica to finish closing my auto loan. She was very professional and friendly. Whole process only took 10 mins, and on time for the appointment. This is my 3rd loan with landmark, great service.
I went in to this location on my lunch to get my signature notarized on some legal paperwork. The girl behind he counter wouldn't help me until she could look the paperwork over first. Whaaat??? If she is truly a notary then she should know that she only needs to look at my identification and watch me sign. She is attesting to the fact that she watched me sign the form. This place is horrible. Tried to pay my truck loan today with a credit card. Do you know how much money they want to charge me to do that?? $10.00!!!! What a scam and a joke. Why are you charging that ridiculous price to use a charge card?? Well guess what! Jokes on you. I'm pulling my account next week. To charge your customers like that, you can take someone else for a sucker but it won't be me. Bye Felicia!
Only come to this bank if you like to wait in line for 10 mins or more. It's easily the slowest bank I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if they are busy or not, their service is like molasses. Think the drive-thru will be faster? Sorry, it's just as slow, maybe worse.
When no other bank would help me refinance my house to get a better rate and get rid of my balloon note on my second mortgage because I'm a small business owner...and Covid-19 is going on... Landmark said no problem! They were wonderful to work with, always very clear with what they needed from me, very responsive, and we did everything online so I didn't have to leave my business.
