Just tried to deposit a check from We Energies and they wouldn't take it. After holding me in the drive through for 20 minutes they said they thought the check was fraudulent. I've been a Landmark customer for 15 years and never a single issue. What's the point of a bank if you can't deposit a simple check? I drove across the street to Chase and they immediately accepted it and I was on my way in 30 seconds. I think I need to close my Landmark accounts...
I can't thank "Raven Carroll" the assistant branch manager enough for how he took care of me in getting a charge reversed and helping me understand my claim disputes in layman's terms. Such a great listener as well......Phenomenal Manager, Keep up the great work Sir! 10/10
I have been a member of Landmark (Chabelco) CU since the early 70’s when I worked for Rex Chain Belt (Recnord) and the CU was a small building on a corner of there property. My wife, two children there spouses are all members. Over the 50+ years we all have bought houses, cars, personal loans, paid bills, etc and I can’t remember ever having a problem with any of the transactions.
I have been banking with Landmark since I was 16. They have always been so helpful! Today especially, Grace at the Fox Run location went over and beyond to help me. She is very professional, helpful, friendly and has outstanding customer service!
Teller was very nice however when I had a problem with my account the manager interrupted her teller and completely changed the conversation. She was extremely rude and escalated the situation. She talked down to me and belittled me. I have been a member at this bank most of my life but today made me rethink my banking choice.
