The branch manager jen helped me settle a claim dispute and file for a starter credit card she was very friendly and upbeat and sympathetic to the issues i was having. 10/10 customer service
I have been banking with Landmark since I was 16. They have always been so helpful! Today especially, Grace at the Fox Run location went over and beyond to help me. She is very professional, helpful, friendly and has outstanding customer service!
Teller was very nice however when I had a problem with my account the manager interrupted her teller and completely changed the conversation. She was extremely rude and escalated the situation. She talked down to me and belittled me. I have been a member at this bank most of my life but today made me rethink my banking choice.
So happy with Landmark. The staff are all very helpful
