Landmarks Nurse teams are always very helpful no matter what situations, I've used them for a few different problems and answers and results were always positive and made it easy for me to understand. Thanks to the Staff for being there for me and the Wife.

Great nurses. All around good experience. Doctor Theo is truly the very BEST Doctor that I've ever met. He spends an entire hour with my mother. Her own primary Doctor gave her the bum's rush. I wish my mother could have Doctor Theo as her primary Doctor.

I called the day before to preempt the visit, providing a background for my elderly mother's current health situation. The RN Care Manager listened to my concerns carefully, and planned to relay my concerns to the visiting NP. As I requested, NP Jasper spoke to me after her visit with my mother to discuss her assessments. She and I were in agreement with her findings. Lesly has been seeing my Mom on a regular basis. She is polite, professional, friendly and caring. Always ask relevant questions and show real concern on my Mom’s well being. She is awesome.
