Both Joe Viveiros and Corey Menard were fabulous. We have no issues at all with the service provided, and are greatful to have heat today. We do feel that your communication system is highly flawed. On our 5th day with no heat, we made three calls 2 hours apart between each call, and did not receive any calls back until my husband finally called and spoke to Gabby directly (who was excellent). Great communications! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when you’re talking on the phone. The technicians (plumbers in my case) are friendly, polite and clean everything up when they’re done. This is the third time I’ve used their service and I will be calling them again soon for my next project.
Rosalie Powers was the Landry technician who conducted the maintenance. She arrived right on time, provided an agenda for the visit. The maintenance was completely in roughly 20 minutes, not a surprise as the HVAC units assessed are 6-month new. On completion, Rosalie discussed the tests conducted and results. Landry has done several jobs for me and the work always looks great. The technicians are always friendly and informative and keep an eye on not letting cats out. Eddie and Joe were no different., I appreciated how they kept me informed of the job progress and the work looks good.
All of the people I dealt with at Landry Mechanical were professional. The technicians were friendly and professional throughout the service call. They make a great effort to address any concerns. The experience and quality of work with them was positively exceptional. I would recommend their service to others and consider using them for future services.
