I cannot recommend Landry Mechanical enough. We happened to have issues with our heater the week before our newborn baby was due. We had the entire HVAC replaced to a heat pump which happened to overlap with the week we brought our newborn home. The project took 5 days and every single person who came into our home was kind, courteous, respectful and cognizant of our new baby. Josh, the project leader was amazing. Great communications! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when you’re talking on the phone. The technicians (plumbers in my case) are friendly, polite and clean everything up when they’re done. This is the third time I’ve used their service and I will be calling them again soon for my next project.

Both Joe Viveiros and Corey Menard were fabulous. We have no issues at all with the service provided, and are greatful to have heat today. We do feel that your communication system is highly flawed. On our 5th day with no heat, we made three calls 2 hours apart between each call, and did not receive any calls back until my husband finally called and spoke to Gabby directly (who was excellent). Landry Mechanical is an excellent choice for HVAC GAS BURNER.. Today we had Preventive Maintenance scheduled, Eddy R. Was our Technician he was outstanding, so thorough in going through everything and explained everything in easy way so we understood what he was telling us what he did. Would recommend Landry Mechanical to all

Rosalie Powers was the Landry technician who conducted the maintenance. She arrived right on time, provided an agenda for the visit. The maintenance was completely in roughly 20 minutes, not a surprise as the HVAC units assessed are 6-month new. On completion, Rosalie discussed the tests conducted and results. All were fine and the system is running efficiently. Review of the Ecobee thermostat was also assessed with no issued identified. Recommendations: 1. Landry tech walked-through the metrics reported.
