Great communications! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when you’re talking on the phone. The technicians (plumbers in my case) are friendly, polite and clean everything up when they’re done. This is the third time I’ve used their service and I will be calling them again soon for my next project.
Rosalie Powers was the Landry technician who conducted the maintenance. She arrived right on time, provided an agenda for the visit. The maintenance was completely in roughly 20 minutes, not a surprise as the HVAC units assessed are 6-month new. On completion, Rosalie discussed the tests conducted and results. Landry has done several jobs for me and the work always looks great. The technicians are always friendly and informative and keep an eye on not letting cats out. Eddie and Joe were no different., I appreciated how they kept me informed of the job progress and the work looks good.
Rosie was great, we didn't wait long for her once we heard she was coming, evaluated the situation right away and after a quick adjustment we were back up and running. I was also surprised by how inexpensive the repair was. Thank you Rosie and Landry Team!
Aaron was very polite and informative. He walked me step by step through the servicing of my furnace and the issues he found. When it was obvious that the furnace needed replacement, he presented several options for me to consider and provided expert information. I was very pleased with his expertise and professionalism.
