Lane Ryan helped my parents clear out and downsize and made doing so extremely easy on them. When my aging parents told me that they wanted to auction their property and belongings, I was not sure that they knew what they were doing, but Lane Ryan quickly helped organize their sale and they worked diligently to help maximize my parents’ sale profits. We used Lane Ryan Auctions when my elderly aunt was moving from her home to an independent living apartment. Her home was filled with household items, furniture, memorabilia, hobby collections including coins and stamps, tools, etc. We had no idea what had value and what did not. Thanks to the invaluable assistance of Lane Ryan's Erica Taylor, we were able to separate the items worth putting up for auction versus those to be donated versus those to be trashed. I have followed Lane Ryan auctions for over 5 years and they have always treated me great. When my mother passed away, they handled the entire auction of not only all household items and vehicle but also her home. Erica and Ryan do a tremendous job. Highly recommend them.

This group helped my parents downsize into retirement not too long along! They did an amazing job, demonstrating a high level of organization, integrity, and respect. Made the transition so much easier than we anticipated. Would highly recommend them!
