Great office! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I always feel warmly welcomed by the receptionist at every visit. The hygienist is professional and pleasant, making the experience so comfortable. She took the time to talk me through each step of the process and offered excellent suggestions for improving dental health. Highly recommend!
I am happy with the service I receive at Lanham Smiles. I would definitely recommend this office due to the quality care that is provided to my family and I. We all enjoy the staff and the genuine atmosphere.
My first visit front desk receptionist she was amazing nice in help me in every way with the paper in got me in and out the office is so clean also check the rooms out everything clean the but also DR. NGUYEN she was wonderful and professional took care of the pain talk me threw it and her assistant they was amazing any one need a dentist this office is the ONE!!!!
Very disheartening experience to say the least. Once my insurance company provided me with Lanham Smiles, I had an extremely pleasant and welcoming discussion with Crystal at the front desk. She smoothly scheduled my appointment for xrays & screenings. My sole purpose for choosing Lanham Smiles, of course after them accepting my insurance, was that they offered sedation (which I wholeheartedly believe they offer, but only for "certain" patients)! My front desk staff and hygienist was fast and great. And knowledgeable, I can’t really remember her name. I plan on returning again, amazing how the hygienist does all the work in the it is dentist all of 10 minutes, remind you of nurses who do all the work in the hospital they had a great location too and parking
