I've only used them for dry cleaning - they are way overpriced and not transparent with their pricing. Staff is always rude. For tailoring they ship it out instead of doing it in house so you don't get a good idea of what it will cost or when it will be returned. I give them 3 stars because they do really good work and have been able to get out tough stains, so I guess you get what you pay for!
Picked up and dropped off my Laundry without a hitch! Laundry came back clean and very neatly folded. My only draw back is there is no way to know when my laundry gets picked up and dropped off other than knowing the day. I wish I got a text message or email just for peace of mind if they drop it off while I’m at work.
Always professional, polite and welcoming. Dry cleaning is ready on day promised or before. Clothes or other items (king size comforter) returned in coverings that protect items from the elements.
Always such a joy to walk into the store and work with my favorite employee! Quick and easy to work with you!
