Recently I had a gown that had a stain on the front and because of rain that lower hem got dirty . I was told that they will do their best ( the stain being the real concern) to have the gown cleaned. When I picked up the dress on the promised date the dress looked as if never worn! They were professional and pleasant to work with!
Great price and quick turnaround for a two piece suit before a wedding weekend! Had my suit ready a day before expected. Had it looking as good as when I first bought it!
I was too intimidated to wash my down jacket on my own so I took it into Lapels. After a pleasant easy interaction I picked it up a few days later and am very satisfied with the results. The color and loft are great, the jacket feels soft and looks brand new!
I had dropped off a shirt I needed for a funeral. Lan's worked with me on getting cleaned on time. My schedule went wonky and my son picked up the shirt for me. Lan's was kind, courteous and helpful to my son and I during this difficult time!
