I highly recommend Lan’s Lapels. Gentle and effective dry cleaning services. Friendly service and very convenient pickup and drop off. I’ve dry cleaned everything from curtains to wool jackets to men’s dress shirts. All cleaned perfectly and timely.
Had an older leather jacket repaired (zipper) and cleaned. They explained it had to be sent out (oh oh, nervous me) but it came back in perfect shape, with no dry cleaning odor and the zipper placed precisely. I can say I was both surprised and extremely pleased! It was the 1st time I had used Lapels so they gave me a welcome packet with coupons, info and treats! I decided to use Lan’s Lapels in Concord because it’s near my workplace and was convenient to clean my spouse’s suit. I called ahead to get an idea of what the cost would be to dry clean a men’s suit. I was quoted a price for pants and a blazer (~$30 for both). Friendly and prompt service. Can I suggest you post prices for standard items (men's shirt, seater, women's blouse), to make it easy on people on a budget?
I needed two sleeping bags/camp bags laundered. This is a service that many cleaners don't offer. Lan's Lapels Cleaners in Concord was convenient, did a nice job of cleaning the bags and supplied a carry bag to bring the items home. The people were professional and friendly. I will be a repeat customer.
