My first time using Lapels - relocating and looking for a new dry cleaner. I went to dry clean & hemmed some jeans. Hemmed job looked so uneven and not professional. 2nd issue. Very shady on how they bill you. I spent $220 to get 15 items cleaned. 6 shirts boxed, 2 sweaters, 5 polo shirts, 2 pairs of pants & 1 hemmed pants. The teenager at counter told me to look at my credit card bill when I asked for a receipt during pick up. He told me I had paid with the CC on file. I needed two jackets dry cleaned overnight with next morning pickup! The jackets were ready and looked fantastic! Major thanks for not letting me down on my first visit! It won't be my last!
Great customer service! There was a bit of confusion with a coupon I used and they called me up to sort it out. I really appreciated them going out of their way to clarify the final price with me. They went above and beyond most businesses!
1st time using this spot and definitely won't be the last. Clothes sent for alterations were done in the exact timeframe they gave me. Zero complaints.
Excellent service, if you want good service for your clothes this is to go to place. After trying them I will never go to another place I've had two Services now so I had something to compare it with and this one is the best by far cleaners ever..
