Have had the wash and fold service about 6 months fory parents. So far it has been wonderful. Reliable pick-up/delivery, clothes are clean and neatly folded. Great fit for my parents' needs.
I dropped off three pairs of pants to get hemmed . When walking out the door I noticed that there was no price for the cost of the service. I was told that the cost was $30 per pair of pants. I felt that was rather expensive considering I could get a pair hemmed for half the cost. When the pants were ready, I went to pick them up and was told that it would cost over $128. Delivered my clothes to someone else last week. And now I am missing clothes from the bag return. Which was short sleeve button up shirt which cost a 100.00 and jogging pants which cost 40.00 and both black
Our first experience with Lan’s Lapels was great. Our washing machine broke and we weren’t expecting the new one to come in for a while. I dropped all of our laundry off on a Tuesday and it was delivered to me cleaned and folded that Thursday. The employees were very helpful and pleasant and my laundry was done - a big help that week.
