The woman working the front desk (weekdays 5 pm) acted very confused. It’s a dry cleaning business all I need to do is drop off an item and the exchange took her 10+ minutes trying to understand that I wanted something dry cleaned and how to spell my name, that shouldn’t be difficult. When I picked up my dress from the same lady, she was again confused why I’m picking something up ( it’s the basic premise of your business).
