Very expensive. Put my order as a”quick turnaround” though I did not ask for it and charged me as thus. I sent in a polyester Amazon dress (worth $50) and they charged me $56 for it as an “evening gown” it was not…$40 for a cotton midi dress that costs $50….not worth it. $240 total for 7 items.

Excellent customer service. They always make you reel that your dry cleaning will be taken care of on time and when you need it. I highly recommend Lapels for all of your dry cleaning needs.

This family owned cleaners, Lapels, in New Tampa is seriously the best. I trust them with the most expensive and delicate of clothes. I never have a problem and I have been using them for years. Their Customer service is always top notch. In fact, I love to pick up my clothes bc they are always a joy to see and visit with. They are honest and the value of their services shows in the care they offer. They are a very professional cleaners who take pride in their services, big or small. You too will love them. Give them a try.

Had a couple of Tuxedo shirts cleaned and starched; did a fantastic job. Came out like new. Also, a suit jacket cleaning along with a couple of other items. They do not use harsh, bad chemicals on their cleaning and that is why I chose them. Safe and a great job! Can't ask for anything more than that. God bless

I needed my winter jacket cleaned a few days before an event. Lapels was their usual friendly, prompt and my coat was nice and clean, perfectly. I love their pick-up and delivery, that they're reliable, reasonably priced, friendly, and that they're not dumping toxins into the environment. Fantastic experience.
