Excellent customer service. They always make you reel that your dry cleaning will be taken care of on time and when you need it. I highly recommend Lapels for all of your dry cleaning needs.
Very expensive. Put my order as a”quick turnaround” though I did not ask for it and charged me as thus. I sent in a polyester Amazon dress (worth $50) and they charged me $56 for it as an “evening gown” it was not…$40 for a cotton midi dress that costs $50….not worth it. $240 total for 7 items.
The customer service is great and the tailor ship provided was phenomenal. My suit looked fantastic and I will recommend them to my friends and family and will continue to bring my clothes there.
