As always, Jay is always friendly and efficient. We had a large load (for us) and thought we were missing a sweater. Nope, Jay's count was accurate. Not lost. It was still here at the house. Now he has "told ya so" kidding rights. Argh. See you, and thanks.
Jay is very attentive to the customer's and goes above the call of duty to fulfill the customer - when he's picking up or dropping of the clothes. The 2 young men I've met on the front desk of the store are very curtesy's and polite in the interaction with customers. Above has been my experience with Lapel Cleaners.
My husband's shirts are done exactly as he likes them. Service is prompt and reasonable. Highly recommend
My cashmere sweater looked like new, a full two days before the date it was promised. So not only was I able to use it by the date I needed it, the price was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend Lapels Cleaners for your dry cleaning needs!!!
Had a poor experience with a 20% coupon received from them by email as I'd gone there before. Got there and it turns out the coupon was broken because the website link to "redeem" it was broken. They said they would honor it anyway but only for dry cleaning, which is not what the coupon said (whole order). Nice people, but given how common 20% discounts are for other vendors, makes me think about whether to go again.
