I’m not sure what is happening at this tailor/cleaners but I left my skirt to have the zipper repaired and they had it for several weeks. Then I picked it up and they never really gave me a reason why other than they couldn’t find a zipper. Now I have to go somewhere else. They also didn’t pin my husband’s shirt appropriately and it was about 2 inches too short. Definitely not recommending to others.
Just like others mention, there is no price sheet online or in store. I brought my coat in and asked how much it would be to dry clean. The young girl was not friendly or efficient. She told me $12 so agreed and I left the cost with them for service. When I picked it up, the same girl charged me $17.12. I Dropped off a suit here in September and could not come back to pick it up for two months because I broke my ribs I was called by an employee on September 25th asking me when I was going to pick up my suit I told her I could not because I had broken my ribs two days prior and was stuck in the bed. I have phone records to prove this, I am seeking legal action against this franchise location. I was met by a gentleman By the name of Jay, extremely nice gentleman took care of my needs explained. Everything felt very comfortable with them and then he told me it was a veteran also which is very important to me as being a marine veteran.
I had two comforters laundered for a very good price. They were packaged in reusable easy to store bags. They even took them out to the car for me.
