I have always had good results from Lapels. They always have clothes ready on time promised. They understand fabrics and will advise the appropriate cleaning. I highly recommend Lapels. I have never been disappointed.
Best dry cleaner there is in Cary! The owner is beyond respectful, kind and accommodating. Clothes always turn out pristine. Just wonderful!! You won’t be disappointed. 10/10 recommend 💯
Service was good but definitely very overpriced. I was charged $18 each for my short dresses. I was truly shocked to find out when I was paying. When I went to drop off my pieces, I asked about pricing and wasn’t provided any quote. So really was disappointed with this.
Speaking as a temporary visitor, I found Jay very friendly and professional. I dropped off 2 bags of laundry for a next day pickup. True to his word, everything was washed, folded and neatly bagged when I arrived the next day.
Outstanding service. Went above and beyond to make my garments look great and had them ready a day earlier than they thought. It was my first time there and I will be going back.
