Overall has been Great! The only continued issue is the very limited parking due to the other businesses on that side of the parcel. To just drop off and pickup can be 10 min to get a parking spot then sometimes walk from Frys parking lot 100 yards away for a 1 min time in Lapels then back. Ever consider a drive through as being on the end of the building? Great job always.
I have been taking clothes here for awhile now. They always do a great job!!! But this last time I was truly impressed!! I took in some older items that had been sitting for probably years now. No fault of mine! But they got them so clean and super crispy!!! Absolutely did an amazing job!! Would definitely recommend again!
I dropped of my clothes Monday because , I forgot the prior week to do it as I have an event Friday. I was pleased when the young man told me it will be ready Wensday.. Sure enough I picked them up Wensday. Clothes done correctly and looking sharp ! Thank you for your timely and professional work ! Price is very competitive and with the fast turn around time you are my go to for dry cleaning ! Keep up the awesome work !!
They advertise Alterations. They do Not do alterations. They fix things with sewing. I drove 20 minutes to get here to have the owner tell me that they don’t measure. I called before coming and asked about getting a hem in my suit pants. He said $20 but didn’t tell me I needed to go someplace else to get measured first. They should not be allowed to advertise that they do alterations. What a waste of my time!
They say they do curtains and can pleat them. Absolutely destroyed mine. It looked like a truck drove over them. Couldn’t believe it. Never seen anything like it. Towing them behind a power boat for a day would have left them in better shape.
