Chose Lapels because it is close to my house. They did a great job on my dress and my husband’s suit. They were friendly and the service was quick. They even gave us a military discount, which is never expected but always appreciated.
I brought them a wool sweater to be dry cleaned and it turned out great. It was even ready a day early to be picked up then I was told. They will get my business again for sure. Thanks Lapels.
The employee seems to have listening problems I had to repeat my name 4x when I returned to pick my order up. Besides that, the service performed on my items were unacceptable. I submitted the items with stains & they were returned with the same stains. I will NEVER return. I feel like I was scammed. The experience was a waste of my time, money &, gas.
Lapels went above and beyond to rectify a dress shirt that was ruined. The owner searched and purchased a shirt that was the same color and had it ready for a wedding that my son was attending. This was my first time using them and I will definitely make them my dry cleaners from now on. Thank you!
