This was an amazing experience. They were fast, efficient and flexible. Lori was very professional and helpful. My checkout experience at the other location was also great. Price was a little less than what I expected. I will be returning!

We discussed one price for one service, the service changed to a cheaper one, but they still charged me the same higher price. I tried to communicate many times with the owner but he was never available, I left messages and he never cared to call me back, etc. The employees seemed to care to get things resolved, but ultimately the owner was unwilling to budge on making things right and doubled down on ripping me off. We were very pleased with our experience with Lapels. From the staff, the fast turnaround for our dry cleaning, and the communication provided when the cleaning was done and ready for pick up. We will definitely use Lapels for our dry cleaning needs.
