Went to the Forest Lake Lapels. The woman at the counter was extremely courteous and professional. My clothes looked great. My only comment was I was not aware of the cost for each garment. I received had a total amount. Even with that said, the quality of work was great.

The employee seems to have listening problems I had to repeat my name 4x when I returned to pick my order up. Besides that, the service performed on my items were unacceptable. I submitted the items with stains & they were returned with the same stains. I will NEVER return. I feel like I was scammed. The experience was a waste of my time, money &, gas.
Had a couple shirts dry cleaned. Nice job. Only difference was the quoted price. Actual price was a dollar more per shirt. Owner called and apologized for misunderstanding in price and gave us a credit. Quick response and nice of them. We will be back. Ty
They got my suit and shirt cleaned and pressed in one day . I’m flying out to a wedding and needed it quickly . Was my first time there and I was treated like their most valued customer. Bravo !! Lorrie was great . I will be back .
