I have had a couple mini hiccups in the 3 years ive been going and they would make things right. According to them I was among the top 5 of client business for them. But over the summer something got badly ruined. Never did I get a return message. Then when I finally had a conversation w the owner 6 months later he said to show him the item and he would credit me. This was an amazing experience. They were fast, efficient and flexible. Lori was very professional and helpful. My checkout experience at the other location was also great. Price was a little less than what I expected. I will be returning!
We discussed one price for one service, the service changed to a cheaper one, but they still charged me the same higher price. I tried to communicate many times with the owner but he was never available, I left messages and he never cared to call me back, etc. The employees seemed to care to get things resolved, but ultimately the owner was unwilling to budge on making things right and doubled down on ripping me off. In store staff was great! Location was convenient. Service was prompt. The actual results of the “cleaning” was NOT very good at all. My area rug still had debris in it when returned to me. Definitely NOT going back nor recommending because of quality only, everything else was great.
The employee seems to have listening problems I had to repeat my name 4x when I returned to pick my order up. Besides that, the service performed on my items were unacceptable. I submitted the items with stains & they were returned with the same stains. I will NEVER return. I feel like I was scammed. The experience was a waste of my time, money &, gas.
