Lapels and the employees are wonderful. Recently, and at other times, if they notice that there is a tear in something an employee will contact me to ask if I’d like the item mended. What a kind service to offer!
Excellent customer service at Drop Off and Pick up! I’m delighted. Sweaters look very nice .
My sweater had a black mark on it and Lapel’s got the spot out. Also, the sweater was available 3 days ahead of time. The attendant, Laura was very friendly and personable.
