Used them for the first time this week and my overall experience was good. However, I picked up my dry cleaning yesterday and one of my shirts had a lot of black fuzz balls on the back.
Less than 1 star review if possible! I sent a dress to be cleaned. When I went to pick it up, the dress still had a stain and they still charged me for the service that was not done properly! Not professional, they are charging money and not getting the job done!
I've used Lapels twice now and I find it a well run, smooth operation. They basically "salvaged" my only sports coat removing gobs of old gum from inside a pocket from several years ago. Well done without ruining it.
Lapels in Norton destroyed my hat. It wasn't worth much but it had high sentimental value, that's why I was bringing it to get professionally cleaned. They refused to refund anything. I didn't even get an I'm sorry. I've since taken my business elsewhere and I was not going to leave a review. However, they are still sending me request to leave reviews so, here it is.
Such timely service and the staff was very accommodating! I needed something dry cleaned on short notice and they had it done the next day!
