No issues with cleaning services. They are on the pricey side and wished they shared their pricing sheet or something online which would show directionally what it would cost. For reference: Men’s jacket: $18.50 Vest: $20 Shawl: $19 Dress: $18.45 Men’s pant: $12.50

If I could give no stars I would. I dropped off items for dry cleaning and was printed a receipt of roughly $90. I picked up the items and got home and saw I was charged $118. I called them and they said “oh yeah it was because we quoted you for laundry service and not dry cleaning”. I was never informed of this. Nonetheless I asked them to refund me the difference since they made the mistake and they told me it wasn’t possible. I took a business shirt to lapels recently with marks all over the front. They could not remove a single mark, despite two washes. They took my money though, without making any difference to the marks on the shirt. I went to Columbus Dry Cleaners in Columbus Avenue and they removed every single mark in one wash for $13. Did it in one go! They were not fazed, did not find it hard, did not even question whether they could do it! I would not use lapels again with any clothes that have marks and actually need to be cleaned well.
