I bought a customization kit for my jersey and had so much trouble finding a place that could sew it on for me, but this place came through. I showed the owner (?) a picture of how the numbers are usually positioned on the BU jersey and he replicated the picture exactly! It looks great & I will be wearing it to every game I go to this season

I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned and it came back WITH ALTERATIONS!!! Not only was the style changed completely (the bust was deconstructed and replaced with a bow, yes that's the front) but it was also let out in the chest and no longer fit me. Again, I ONLY took this dress to be cleaned. I had other items dry cleaned here before so I had no reason to mistrust them. A reliable place to get your dry cleaning. I’ve been going to Lapel’s for years and each time I pick up my dress shirts, they are pressed perfectly without any awkward creases on any part of the shirt. They’ll have your shirts ready within a couple of days and the drop-off bin is convenient. The employees are very friendly.

Service was excellent. I dropped off on Thursday and it was ready to be picked up on the following Tuesday as Monday was a holiday.

Terrible service!!!!!!!!!! Don’t go, they ruined my cloth!!!! They said their machine broke down and I have to wait one more week, also the dirty spot is still there, they did nothing!!!!!!!!! The worst dry wash I have ever been!!!!! Super terrible!!!!!!!!
