Brought in a very expensive leather coat. I was unsure about getting it cleaned but it came back looking better than new! You’re in good hands with Lapels for all cleaning needs including those that are high end items.
The gentleman that I spoke with in the Burlington store was absolutely a delight and he was thorough and he explained everything to me since that was my first time there and I will definitely go back the clothes came out beautiful.
I needed a pair of pants hemmed in a few days for a costume I was wearing. Luke helped me accurately measure and mark the hem length and the tailor got them done two days earlier than expected. Well done! Friendly, helpful, tiny place good to support local business.
Lapels did an excellent job cleaning my curtains, and they kept me informed of a potential problem beforehand so I could decide how it should be handled. The gentleman at the store was very helpful, courteous and honest. i was very impressed and highly recommend this store
Great place for dry cleaning, alterations and specialty items. I had vintage twin chenille bed spreads to be cleaned and didn't want to take a chance to clean them myself. So Lapels did a great job on them.....and I was able to use a coupon!!! And love the employees there as well. *****
