RecommendedMy son got a big stain on his brand new Vineyard Vines tie. I was so upset and thought I would have to throw it away. I figured I would see if Lapels could get it out. They did an amazing job!!! The stain is completely gone. They are amazing! I always use them for my regular dry cleaning and they are great but I was so impressed that they were able to get the stain out. I would highly recommend them.
These people told me they would have my tux ready at noon the next day. When I went to pick it up, they told me they had called me to say they could do it. They never called. As a result I can't got to a black tie event and lost $50 for the ticket to it. Horrible operation.
