Im a regular here. All the staff are outstanding on processing each batch of clothes and great on returning too. Easy to recycle all parts too here

I have no problem with the service, thanks to Kathy Dawson. Kathy provides great customer service service. She’s been right there every time I’ve had a question, needed something and has reached out to me when needed.my problem is that I can no longer do bill pay through my bank. I don’t want it on a credit card. So in conclusion I don’t like the fact that I don’t have a choice.
I’ve been coming to this cleaners for over 20 years because everyone is nice and does a wonderful job. I sure hope with the owners retiring that the service and quality continues.
Tho corporation purchased a dry cleaners on church ranch blvd and is expected to raise prices by 130%, which is egregious. These type of establishments take advantage of the consumer for greed and nothing more. Dry cleaning services are gonna go from $3.75-$4.75 per dress shirt to $10 or more. Dress pants cost roughly $5-$7 at the moment, however I’m taking my business elsewhere.
Your attendant was extremely helpful, calling the seamstress for me to let me know if they could put a rush on the dress I needed to have hemmed. But the price I was charged was double what she quoted me — I assume for the rush, but that wasn't made clear when I dropped off the garment. It was very expensive; the alteration ended up costing more than the dress itself, which was very disappointing for a simple hem.
