How do we get our clothes? The place is locked up with no one there? Been by twice now? Who does this? Poor business! Update. Multiple attempts. Store locked with zero signs. We have been scammed. I will call the Sheriff today.
I visited the store last week to pick up a shirt I had dropped off a month ago. Upon entry, the whole business was in complete and utter disarray. The patron in front of me was also picking up their garments — after 20 minutes, he was told that they couldn’t find them — He left with nothing. I took my coat and dress shirts in and it has taken a month to get them back. When we went to pick it up they couldn’t find the belt that goes to my coat. They finally found it and said it wasn’t done yet.
I had a great experience at this dry cleaning establishment. The turnaround time was impressive, and they even offered same-day service for my urgent needs. The prices were reasonable, and the cleanliness of the store gave me confidence in their services. My favorite dress was returned in perfect condition, and I will definitely be returning for future cleaning needs.
