I loved doing my laundry here, very clean and the machines are all new and working well, the staff is friendly and the machines can accommodate your native language with no problem, the staff also speaks Spanish and Portuguese, the dryers are nice and big, they have a vending machine for snacks and soap, very good Laundromat 100% recommend!!
I’ve been going to this Lapels for the past few months for dry cleaning, and I’ve had such a great experience every time. They’re incredibly fast, everything always comes back looking great, and the customer service is honestly what keeps me coming back. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, helpful, and gone out of their way to make sure I’m happy with the service. Victoria and Sharissa have been especially wonderful to work with. Really appreciate the care and consistency — keep up the great work!
Was back in town for a weekend and used the Bounce app to store my luggage while we explored the city. Additionally, took advantage of having all of our clothes washed, dried, and folded. The store is clean, bright and very well maintained. Convenient location and loved the staff. Great experience!
This place is is awesome!! Sharissa is excellent and provides the best customer service ever! They are a welcome addition to Eastie and I highly recommend them. They also do shoe repairs through a third party; super convenient. The best part is you are noticed by text when your items are ready for pickup. Total bonus! Thanks you Lapels for everything !
I’ve lived in East Boston for five years and used to travel back to Cambridge for dry cleaning until Lapel’s opened. Their service is exceptional, quick turnaround, reasonable prices, and genuinely warm staff who remember your name and go out of their way to help. That kind of personal touch is rare these days, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
