We had a great experience at Lapels! Met the owner and in general all the staff was incredibly helpful. Machines were super clean all around and the staff kept cleaning around the areas. Would 10/10 recommend coming here.
Beautiful and super clean but prices aren’t listed on the washing machine. 1 of our loads was $10…. It was a regular machine too not a big one. It would’ve been nice to know because we got 3 machines. Anyway, dryers are $2 which is great. Nice ambiance and big TVs.
This place is is awesome!! Sharissa is excellent and provides the best customer service ever! They are a welcome addition to Eastie and I highly recommend them. They also do shoe repairs through a third party; super convenient. The best part is you are noticed by text when your items are ready for pickup. Total bonus! Thanks you Lapels for everything !
I came here today for the first time and the attendant was phenomenal. She was super helpful and answered all my questions. She didn’t miss a beat. Her name is Sharissa. Thank you so much for being so helpful. Amazing customer service.
The best laundromat I’ve ever been to!! It was so clean and so organized. Sharissa Was so helpful and so kind. She showed me how to do the machine because I was very confused and she did it with a big smile on her face and a big heart. Even Rick, the owner came in and gave a helping hand and show me pictures of his fishing trip. I had a lot of fun and I will be back again!! Thank you for being so awesome!!
