Writing under a different email for privacy*** This dentist quoted me 1410$ (on paper). I had the procedure done (which was covered under the Canadian dental plan). The dentist tried to submit 5000$ and got denied (obviously, because the procedure does not cost that much) and now they are trying to get the me to pay the 5000$ when I was only quoted 1410$.
I had an extremely negative experience at this dental office. I came in for one specific filling, which I made very clear from the start. During the exam, they told me I needed multiple fillings, but I repeated several times that I only wanted one filling. Even right before the procedure, I again said one filling only. Despite that, at the follow-up appointment they proceeded to work on more than one filling, completely against what I had agreed to. This made me feel ignored and disrespected. I had an amazing experience with Caroline, the hygienist. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and put me at ease. She was professional and took great care to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Caroline really made the experience enjoyable and fun. I truly appreciated how thorough she was and how much she cared about my well-being. I can’t wait to come back she’s the best!
It was my best dentist visit ! She was very kind and gentle also friendly, made me feel easy and pleasant!
