Very welcoming environnement, Very friendly staff. As newcomers to the region, we are settling in nicely and are in the process of finding healthcare professionals. This dental centre was absolutely excellent. Even though I'm bilingual my husband is in the process of learning French, which is a huge challenge. The staff here made the effort to communicate with him in English and this was greatly appreciated and helped ease his anxiety.
Called for emergency appointement and they couldnt even take me within 2 weeks of waiting and i even wait 10 minutes on hold before having a proper answer. Really bad servives.

Excellent service, for example, but be aware that not all Lapointe clinics are created equal! My girlfriend tried a Lapointe clinic near Quebec City, and I can tell you it was a big 0/10: harassment, fraud, and terrible service. I'm glad our Lapointe clinic in Thetford Mines is well-run!
