The main vet in there is knowledgeable and sincere. The counter staff deal with a lot and still manage to be nice. The entrance is easy to use and the parking out front is ample. They have seating inside if you need to wait and the place felt warm. Our pet has been there a couple of times and the vet really cares and is nice. A very nice vet to go to for us.
My dogs have been attending this clinic for the past 7 years. We have experienced prompt, professional service every time. Special thank you goes to Karen who goes above and beyond with her customer service. She has always made sure we have had everything we have needed to support the health of our two dogs.
We were welcomed by a lovely nurse and received on time. The vet Zara took very good care of both our cat and dog, which wasn't an easy task. We will definitely go back and recommand.
We were got into last minutes for my fur kid’s bleeding dew claw to get treatment straightaway. Friendly nurse, very helpful vet. Will consider to come back for annual check next year.
A massive shout out to all at Lara Clinic. My gypsy kitty who had been missing for over two years turned up at the clinic last week. They were just amazing and so helpful as I was in Alice Springs trying to organise for her to get to Brisbane. You guys all rock :-)
