This was the most disappointing experience with extremely poorly managed property management companies in the Denver metro area. They were my property management for a high-end condo which was occupied for 18 mos. During that time, my tenant was unable to reach them for an issue over a weekend and ended up contacting me. During my contractual period, i had no less than 4 different 'property managers'. Each new PM were difficult 'find' when issues either my tenant or I had.
