Our current property manager is quick at put in request to repair Issues. The staff's understanding, hardworking and compassionate to the needs and concerns of the residents. In the whole time I've lived here, I had a few maintenance related issue, that were repaired to my satisfaction. Understandably. some repairs take longer to fix, because of the complexity of the problems, In the 24 years I've lived at Las Brisas, I've been more than satisfied with the performance of the employees.
Don't not live here!!!!!!! I currently live here and they never complete maintenance requests panhandlers wonder all over and since I've been here they've have 6 different mangers. My room flood and they do nothing about it. My closest light leaked water I requested for it to be fixed he looked at and said nothing I can do. Not to mention they lost my lease and said I'd be the one to face conquences such as move out or rent raise(highly legal)
Staff is great and very responsive. Well maintained property.
Stay away!! Management and maintenance are never around. Nothing gets fixed. We had a broken toilet and stove burners the whole time we lived there. Laundry facilities are always broken. Roaches everywhere!!! Cops are always present. Don't waste your time or money here!!! You've been warned!
Place is garbage just like the management. Started out good until new management came in. Takes weeks to get any thing fixed. Laundry facilities are garbage. And cannot do laundry on weekends. Only open from 8to5. Apartment is bug infested. Walk in gates don't lock. Just stay away from this place..Manager does not care if appliances work or toilet flushes went 3 months with no way to cook. Had to take toilet apart just to flush it.
