I must say, this place is incredible. I’ve only been here for about four days now, but the community is truly wonderful. The people here are incredibly friendly, but I must give a special shoutout to Tyrice, the at least manager in the office. Terrifying Experience Ignored by Management I was nearly seriously injured due to a partial roof collapse in my unit a large section fell just inches from where I was standing. If I had been just slightly closer, I could have been badly hurt. I immediately reported the incident through the resident portal, expecting swift action. Instead, I was met with silence. Terrible Experience – Stay Away Lived here and it was a nightmare. The place is full of cockroaches and huge rats, especially around the stairs and hallways. Pest control is useless and management doesn’t care. Cockroaches even got into my furniture, damaging it so badly I couldn’t sell it when I moved out. On top of that, they charge unnecessary move-out fees. Dirty, unsafe, and poorly maintained. Don’t waste your money — look elsewhere.
We recently moved in just 3 days ago and couldn’t be happier! The property and the house are beautiful, and we have no complaints so far. A special thanks to Justin, who made the entire leasing and move-in process so easy for us. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth. Also, thanks to Amber and Justin for helping us adjust our move-in dates earlier than planned—it made a big difference for us. If you need help with leasing, I highly recommend consulting Justin!
Las Colinas Heights Management staff is AWESOME. They are professional and caring for the residents. I had an issue with my unit and in no time, Tyrice and Amber took my worries away and solutioned the problem. I am truly thankful for them both. Happy tenant!
