I have been 11years on this place ! I am a proud American citizen, & although the primary language here is Spanish, I enjoy be there with ups and downs, with a lot emotions, They still pretty good • Τhey focus in each one like we are a part of Their Family . I’m very happy, I feel like in my own family. Transportation it’s excellent, professional drivers, Day Care, everyone it’s there to help you, they worry about you and how your health it’s; Doctors excelent, they also check on you and always it’s an option for your problems; everyone it’s professional and make you feels like you are with your family. The food at the day care it’s low in grease and salt. The really care about you, I won’t change it for any other clinic.
My grandmother goes here and she’s very happy with the care. She has a great Doctor, Amarilys, Who is very kind and affectionate besides being most of all efficient, professional and caring. She stays just for her, plus the girls working there are also very kind to her and she highly enjoys socializing with them. All I have to say is this place is absolutely horrible. I had my grandma stop going there after consistent delays with her medicine yet they were always trying to force her to consistently get unnecessary check ups. She stopped going right on time cause many patients she befriended and kept in contact with told her they have old men sleeping inside of the clinic at night and one of them was caught completely drunk outside of the clinic at 8am. Clínica de Mercedes provided my grandparents with the best care. The doctors associates are dedicated and attentive. Always providing the best care both interpersonal and professional. I’ve experienced nothing but great service for my grandparents and I am extremely grateful as they are my light and life.
