On May 17th2025. I was lost in Dania Beach where I am living now and I called Las Mercedes and they solved my problem by taking me home. I am very grateful to the personnel who attended my need and to Las Mercedes Medical Center.
I like the convince of the pharmacy brought to your door They go way beyond their means to attend to your medical needs, the doctors and nurses , staff and all employees are very professional and dedicated to their patients. Worst treatment ever! No one knows what they are doing I called 6 times the other day and was transferred out on hold and God forbid you don’t speak Spanish, Doctors aren’t concerned about listening to your concerns, they hush you and keep their faces buried in computer, I finally got fed up and demanded a return call from administrator in the location and was put on hold 20 mins just to be told that she was in a meeting and they took my number and assured me I would get a return call and never did. Worst attention and treatment. Only 10 minutes with you. Only thing important in this place is to bill your insurance and order procedures that you don't need
