On May 17th2025. I was lost in Dania Beach where I am living now and I called Las Mercedes and they solved my problem by taking me home. I am very grateful to the personnel who attended my need and to Las Mercedes Medical Center.
Worst treatment ever! No one knows what they are doing I called 6 times the other day and was transferred out on hold and God forbid you don’t speak Spanish, Doctors aren’t concerned about listening to your concerns, they hush you and keep their faces buried in computer, I finally got fed up and demanded a return call from administrator in the location and was put on hold 20 mins just to be told that she was in a meeting and they took my number and assured me I would get a return call and never did. I have been a member for 14 yrs. And I have had the best of care, from staff, Doctors, and specialist.They practice social distancing and mask. They go beyond any other competitors to get you the best medical healthcare Thank you again for all you do.
Worst attention and treatment. Only 10 minutes with you. Only thing important in this place is to bill your insurance and order procedures that you don't need
