I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my mother received at this clinic today. The social worker, Daniela, showed a very rude and unprofessional attitude toward my mother. No patient, especially seniors, should ever be treated with disrespect or impatience while seeking care and assistance. Customer service and compassion are extremely important in a medical setting, and sadly that was completely lacking today. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving the way elderly patients are treated.

My mother Carbonell is a patient at this center. Ever since their recent personnel changed, the head office manager, etc, this place has become a circus. I took my mom today and they sent her home; soon after we got home, they were calling her, asking if she was still at the center 'cause they had forgotten she needed an electrocardiogram, and now they were asking her to return to the clinic. The Mercedes staffs are very polite and helpful with the patients. Also Mrs. Dalia Collazo make sure that the patients receive the right service.

The young ladies in the front desk are very professional,,and caring I love my PCP,. The staff are great, very compassionate,, I can say that I am very satisfied with my care..Thank you ❤️

The care and service my mom received in your location in Homestead were truly exceptional. Maricella went above and beyond to make her transfer from another of your location smooth. She was listening to her concerns, and treated her with genuine empathy. It’s reassuring to know she is in such capable and caring hands.
