I usually do not write reviews, but this is important for all the sons and daughters out there that have a parent or grandparent going to a clinic. My mother is an independent woman, so due to her language barrier many places have taken advantage of her; I have been a witness to this on various occasions. My name is Michael, the reason why I left the Mercedes clinic was because they denied me to see the doctor in a emergency I had to go to the hospital and they found an infection in my low stomach the manager from the Kendall clinic told me first come the patients with appointments I told her I have a fever she didn't care. On February 6th 2025 the manager told me that I would no longer be able to eat any longer because they are an adult Care facility. My doctor is wonderful. However, trying to obtain a refill of a medication that the doctor was aware I used, dealing with the new automated messaging system and having to go to the clinic because of new policies about certain medication not being able to receive with a doctors visit was a waste of one day.

Finding employees who speak English is difficult. Everyone is friendly enough but I know I am not being understood and they are not understanding me. Also, you can't make your own appointments they call you the day before. I have a life and am still living it. I need to be given an option for my appointments.
