My Mom was tranfer from Pasteur Clinic to Las Mercedes Clinic, we had never experienced any problems until December 30th 2024 trying to receive a medication needed. We spend 2 days talking back and forth with pharmacy and the office. No one gave us a clear or correct answer. We were getting more and more frustrated. I’ve had to call several times to get perceptions refilled.
Las Mercedes is the best, sometimes the wait is too long, but the personnel and doctors are the nicest people, the place is very clean and good atmosphere.
