Had a very pleasant experience. Physician took the time to explain things thoroughly. Staff pleasant, appointment completed in a timely manner.

Las Mercedes aka Pasteur Medical Center is completely useless. Communication is horrible and you cannot coordinate anything without spending weeks on the phone. Their AI system is not intelligent and you can barely get a call back and when you do their systems are slow and you get put on hold. If you're trying to help your relative out good luck. Clique behavior. Condescending. Run-around. Quality control needs more monitoring and adjusting. Sensitivity training needed urgently from bottom up and vice versa. Vulnerable populations need to be better understood and respected. Members need viable and quality solutions to their needs not appeasing behavior with empty smiles and empty promises. Stopped in for an emergency restroom visit. Lunch was being served and the women were having fun.
