They do NOT listen to the patients. Just cover up bad medical care with parties, bingo and free lunches and snacks. That’s not what I signed up for! I signed up to be taken care of for all of my medical needs, especially my chronic illnesses. When you request help. They label you negatively and discuss your personal information with all the staff, so that you can be judged and made feel uncomfortable. Las Mercedes do not take the patient's health seriously. Since February 2025, we've been requesting Acuputure Theraphy which is effective for my mother. To this day they continue to gives us the run around on this request. Requested and optometrist appointment last week of February 2025 since my mother was having problems with her eyes. To this day they haven't called her to give her the appointment. The people at the center are not very helpful to get things done, they don't follow up on appointments or the sort. Anot... read more
