Aprox 3years ago had both my eyes lasered... this year advised the team my vision had fallen abit, team were very accommodating, advised me I was still covered. all my correspondence were with Kane who ensured to get me in soon as. he was easy to deal with and very welcoming and when a surgeon was off due to a sudden accident Kane contacted me immediately to advise we have to postpone he kept in contact with me and rescheduled. What an awesome group of people. I have just had a very thick cataract removed surgically. From my very first appointment to my final appointment yesterday they have all been open, honest & clear on every step. Everything from what was going to happen to the total cost was explained very clearly. Would highly recommend.
