We love Dr Dean!! This was the second time we had seen him, his pleasant and patient way was glowing first thing in the morning. He took his time explaining the procedure before we got started and even had my favorite music on during the procedure. Dr. Dean and his staff are absolutely fantastic! The entire process from beginning to end was such a great experience. Dr. Dean made sure he explained everything that he was going to do during my root canal. He also had special glasses that played music that made you very relaxed through the whole entire process. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was absolutely wonderful — friendly, patient, and incredibly organized. They greeted me with kindness, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable before I even saw the doctor. They were out of this world OUTSTANDING!!! I found out from my regular dentist that I had an obsessed tooth. My dentist called and explained that I was leaving in a couple of days to go out of town for a month. They told me to come in right away. They did a CT scan and determined they could save the tooth. Told me to go have lunch and come back st 2pm. The dentist worked me in prior to his personal doctor's appointment and fixed my tooth so I will be good for my trip.
