We love Dr Dean!! This was the second time we had seen him, his pleasant and patient way was glowing first thing in the morning. He took his time explaining the procedure before we got started and even had my favorite music on during the procedure. His entire staff is very welcoming and explained the billing with insurance very clear. Their office is very attractive from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Dean and his staff were fantastic! The entire process set the industry standard on superior customer service. Not only did they fit me into an already set work schedule they did it seamlessly. Everybody was so nice, from the beginning to the end, everything has been explained to me, everybody wants me to feel comfortable and relaxed and it worked perfectly! … normally I‘m really afraid going to the dentist, especially having a root canal treatment, but this one was the best I‘ve ever had! I was there for a root canal. The entire team were amazing from the time I arrived through the entire procedure. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Dr. ElAttrache was extremely professional, kind and gentle explaining everything from beginning to end. I’ve heard people talk about how their root canal experience was very unpleasant. Mine was not. The music glasses playing jazz may have helped also🙂. Nevertheless, Dr. ElAttrache was wonderful. If you need an endodontist, this is the place to go. 10/10
This office is absolutely Fantastic!! I highly recommend Dr. Elattrache! I was feeling miserable, with a severe toothache and migraine while on vacation. While there, I went to an emergency dental center, they advised to try to make it home, cutting my vacation short. They provided me with antibiotics for possible infection, as he did not feel the tooth could be saved, since a few years prior the exact same tooth had been broken and salvaged.
