From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was absolutely wonderful — friendly, patient, and incredibly organized. Dean and his team are simply outstanding. From start to finish, they make what could be a stressful experience feel easy, comfortable, and even enjoyable. Dean is extremely knowledgeable, calm, and great at explaining what’s going on, which instantly put my daughter at ease. His team is just as impressive, friendly, organized, and welcoming.
