Moving can be so overwhelming when life gets crazy, but the team at Lasso Self- Storage helped me through it all. They provided such wonderful customer service and walked me through any issue over the phone. Everything they did made my move smoother. Great customer service like that is exactly what we need these days someone who is truly there to support us through overwhelming times. My storage area is a perfect size, I am greatly satisfied, and I highly recommend them!
Excellent experience from start to finish! The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. Dana and facility manager Wayland were both incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, made move-in easy, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s hard to find customer service this good these days. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe and hassle-free place to store their belongings!
