Refers to it as a luxury apartment, a lot of opportunities to live up to that name. No concerns with employees but the iisues I have seen are more than I would expect when paying this kind of rent. Party rooms, rooftop patio and gym are excellent features.
Save yourselves the trouble and run as far away from this place as possible! I learnt about this place sometime in Feb-Mar 2022, and despite seeing bad reviews for this building and the one next door (Frontier), I booked a viewing for this place. During the first visit I asked about the rent for the specific unit I was interested in and they told me it was $1795 for a one bedroom unit (w balcony). I love my Latitude apartment. Jeff and the rest of the building management team have been amazingly helpful and very accommodating to my needs of "slowly" moving in. I love all of the amenities available in the building. The location is perfect, close to pretty much everything and anything one might need, from groceries to restaurants, a movie theatre, Blair train and bus station, and a short stretch to the 417.
Several key areas missed the mark for me. While the unit looked ok the functionality of the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. The island has no plug-in which makes it very had to use kitchen appliance. The kitchen counter space that is near an outlet is very limited. I could only really have my coffee maker plugged in. The choice of cabinetry in the kitchen felt very limiting and it was difficult to manage where to put a weeks worth of dry goods. New building. Reception area is impressive. Lots of amenities. Like any new buildings the size of the rooms are small.
