If you have children don’t do business with Latta. If I could give 0 stars I would, this place has left me and my children with 27 days to find a new home. Jess didn’t like that my kids had toys outside in the yard. My children are 6 and 2. There’s only 3 toys outside. They are terrible people and they don’t have your best interest in mind, I NEVER had 1 lease violation. Jess can’t even send me any proof of violating my lease. We moved in last July. Latta was in the process of buying the property ( apts) in Odessa. So, far no major issues. It has been fairly quiet in the area. We keep the apt pretty clean. We had no issue with applying. We got approved the same day we applied. We don't want to make any damages like alot of tenants do. We haven't tried to renew a lease just yet. I have been with Latta now for 12 years and I have found them to be very good at managing my property. This is especially nice when I am away. I do not have to worry about something going wrong. The tenants simply call Latta. This company has treated me well. Latta is a very good choice. Thank you.
