My son just moved out and he says it is nothing but hell with these people trying to get any of his security deposit back and on top of that they’re lying and trying to get him to pay for Stuff that he never did! He talked to a neighbor and he said they did the same thing to him. They’re trying to get him to pay for a countertop upgrade that had nothing to do with him living there. They were not clear during communication. One of the people dealing with me Wanita, told me it was too hard to get my employment verification, so she stopped doing it. And then because I didn't send my employment verification, they canceled my application. Even though I did send my appointment verification and it was on their side that they couldn't figure it out or pay the require fee.
