They were not clear during communication. One of the people dealing with me Wanita, told me it was too hard to get my employment verification, so she stopped doing it. And then because I didn't send my employment verification, they canceled my application. Even though I did send my appointment verification and it was on their side that they couldn't figure it out or pay the require fee.
