Rented from Latta for 4 years and had a good experience. Recently had to move due to a personal situation. Otherwise, would’ve stayed longer. They were on top of communication and if there was any maintenance needed or any issue, I would submit the problem and they would have it taken care of quickly. So, if you are looking for a great company to deal with, it’s definitely Latta!
Absolutely amazing experience with the whole Latta group team. I built my Highinsville duplex in 2003 and have had Latta managing it for 22 years. I found a house for rent on Zillow that seemed genuinely too good to be true. I requested a viewing through Zillow and received an email link to follow to schedule one. Upon filling out the form for viewing I was denied, despite not having ANY of the listed reasons for denial. No bankruptcy, no bad rental history, I meet the income requirement, and have no pets. I don't understand how I can be denied even though I am exactly what they claim to be looking for?
Moved in this February and have so far had no issues! Our maintenance requests have been handled within a timely manner, office staff has great customer service, and the homeowner even put in a new roof! I am very happy with my experience so far. Maintenance is transparent and honest about when we can expect them.
