Moved in this February and have so far had no issues! Our maintenance requests have been handled within a timely manner, office staff has great customer service, and the homeowner even put in a new roof! I am very happy with my experience so far. Maintenance is transparent and honest about when we can expect them.
I have used Latta Real Estate Services for many years, and highly recommend the company, whether looking for a place to live or looking for renters to live in them. They are committed to making sure that tenants have nice places to live, while also making sure that owners receive great assistance with managing responsibilities that come with ownership. If you have children don’t do business with Latta. If I could give 0 stars I would, this place has left me and my children with 27 days to find a new home. Jess didn’t like that my kids had toys outside in the yard. My children are 6 and 2. There’s only 3 toys outside. They are terrible people and they don’t have your best interest in mind, I NEVER had 1 lease violation. Jess can’t even send me any proof of violating my lease. We moved in last July. Latta was in the process of buying the property ( apts) in Odessa. So, far no major issues. It has been fairly quiet in the area. We keep the apt pretty clean. We had no issue with applying. We got approved the same day we applied. We don't want to make any damages like alot of tenants do. We haven't tried to renew a lease just yet.
