I have always had helpful and engaging experiences working with Luna. A big part of that has been, how administratively helpful and flexible she has been with communication. While saying that “Luna is the best” won’t mean much to anyone reading… what it means to me is that she has been able to make all of our conversations seamless both technically and administratively and I’m a difficult customer in this arena. Lunas flexibility, follow up communication, and genuine care are just amazing!
