Laura was easy to talk to and I think we got along great She found out a lot about me - as she said she likes to do in the first meeting She is the first one to have ever taken that time. I like her and think we are going to do well together. I did have a problem getting a code to get into her waiting room but that was not her fault. She is going to explain to me at our next session how to do that myself should that problem occur again
Great attention to detail and one of the best experiences of care I have had. She is kind, compassionate and truly listens to what you have to say. Also wants your input into care instead of saying we are going to try x,y and z it is a conversation about what options there are.
1st visit she had made suggestions my Dr & last Psychiatrist of several years never thought of, to be proactive of my Health that had never been suggested . It was so simple & smart I will be leaving my family Dr when able.
Today was my first visit with Laura Kastraba. She was very nice and asked a lot of questions. She made me feel at ease and like she was genuine about the care I received. Left me feeling confident about my future with LifeStance Health.
Laura Kastraba is wonderful. She is friendly and caring. She got me and my issues. She listened to all of my problems and made sure we had a plan going forward. I will be returning. I do recommend her highly!
