Laura was so sincere and she listened very intently with zero judgement! I love her! I can't wait for my next appointment! After attending a few sessions, she did not meet our expectations. She was very distracted during our last 2 sessions and very dismissive of my husband.

Laura does a good job in helping me with alot of problems an she is a very good listener. I like her alot. I am very comfortable with her my other ones in the past were men an I would very uncomfortable with them.
My teenaged daughter feels completely comfortable and safe meeting with her counselor, Laura Kern. I am very happy with her practices and skills in helping my daughter get through very tough feelings and stressful life issues. Laura communicates appropriately with me and is available when I need to touch base. I have noticed positive changes in my daughter and I definitely feel she is benefiting a great deal from having Laura as her counselor.
Laura is wonderful!! She has helped me with issues I perceived as lost causes. She is very perceptive and open. She has given me hope, whether we spoke on the phone or in person. I am grateful to Dr. Mark Rickmeyer for recommending Advent. I am very appreciative to Laura for all she has done for me!!
