Laura is great! Scheduling TERRIBLE! No one at the window, I signed on the self sign machine.45 minutes later still waiting finally a tall gentleman came to the waiting area for his patient and notified my therapist I was sitting out there. She came out to get me!

Laura was so sincere and she listened very intently with zero judgement! I love her! I can't wait for my next appointment! After attending a few sessions, she did not meet our expectations. She was very distracted during our last 2 sessions and very dismissive of my husband.
My teenaged daughter feels completely comfortable and safe meeting with her counselor, Laura Kern. I am very happy with her practices and skills in helping my daughter get through very tough feelings and stressful life issues. Laura communicates appropriately with me and is available when I need to touch base. I have noticed positive changes in my daughter and I definitely feel she is benefiting a great deal from having Laura as her counselor.
I just had my first appointment with Laura and she made me feel so comfortable. I was scared to get back into therapy after three years but I do not regret getting back into it with Laura! I am super happy with my experience!
