Will never go back. I one overheard talking to another staff when I went in to another office because of her attitude towards me and I did hear clearly how she’s getting paid and how the system works better. And it was not like I was eavesdropping no she was loud enough to be heard. down the hallway. What ever happened to the health care providers that would care about their patients! Clearly not this doctor. I’m not going back to these offices because of all these bad experiences. My mental health comes first.
Laura Solano, PA is an excellent diagnostician, has good bedside manner, and answered all of my concerns. Her medical assistant-Lidia, is a gem too. Very sweet.

Ms. Laura Solano is an amazing provider. She was caring, compassionate and extremely thorough in her examination. Her office staff was also very courteous and efficient. She seemed genuinely concerned about my well-being, called the script in almost immediately and also spent long time on the phone with different pharmacies to ensure they had medication she felt I needed. Dr solana is great! Her staff is very nice and the assistant that drew my blood made me feel comfortable and was very sweet. Dr got to the bottom of my issue
