this could have been the worst appt with a healthcare provider in my entire life. Laura was 10 minutes late to the appointment. No apology nothing. Zero bedside manner. It was like talking to a pissed off ice cube. I asked about possible alternatives for insomnia and she said I'd have to stop taking another medication. I've had insomnia long before I started this new medication and haven't had any change of symptoms. I said I wasn't interested in dropping that other medication. I feel great! My provider listens and understands my troubles. She provides the adequate requisites I need. Staff is also very understanding, nice and accommodating when necessary. Would recommend.
I want to be clear that Lifestance Health sent me a text with a link, asking me to write this review. I had an appointment with provider Laura Velli. I was in her virtual waiting room the entire time and she did not show. After waiting 15 minutes (for a 20 minute appointment) I called Lifestance. She really nice and professional everything so good with her service top notch
This office is unable to submit the correct documentation for medication. The review is based off of the people Laura works with who handle paperwork that needs to go to insurance companies, NOT Laura. The service is abominable and unprofessional.
