Laurel Heights is an amazing community! The events and activities they put together are incredibly diverse. There's something enjoyable for everyone. The team focuses on quality, as their events and activities are quite upscale. I look forward to visiting again soon.

When it became apparent that Dad could no longer live in his home. He reluctantly agreed to check out a few assisted living facilities close to our house. We visited Laurel Heights first. Jill showed us the beautiful facilities and explained the benefits Dad said, "This is home". Jill was patient and concerned for Dad's welfare. She has helped us every time we needed help, including moving Dad to a room with a view. . We visited frequently and Dad would tell us that he loved his new home. Laurel Heights has been a wonderful experience for our family and mother. She started in assisted care and was struggling tremendously with the adjustment. Once we moved her to memory care, everything changed. The care and oversight has been excellent. Carthel is beyond amazing and the reason we kept our mother there after 8 mths of constant phone calls and emails to the financial dept trying to get resolve on payments. I've been looking at Laurel Heights for sometime now trying to find the best place for my Dad. He's a real "foodie". They have a new Chef there named Israel. I came for a lunch/tour. We were totally impressed with the food and the community!

I feel the staff is very caring. Administrators are closely involved with residents. I trust their care very much.

Well I'm glad the other people had a good experience. We did not and have moved on thankfully after 8 months. The place is beautiful but it stops there. Check your invoices. Personnel is overwhelmed and understaffed. The "administrators" are always in meetings, out, at lunch or who knows. Our mother lost 10 pounds in 8 months and she has since put some back on at her new place, so what was that about.
