I had a truly horrible experience with Lauren. I asked her and the nurse not to discuss my weight with me or put it in the chart and was completely ignored. I have a history of eating disorders and she still talked to me about my weight and added in notes about it in my chart. I asked the medical assistant to not show or tell me my weight but was still handed an after visit summary of my weight. I did not have a good experience with Dr. Lauren Phillips. I was seen in the last few weeks twice by her once for a car accident or she did not even evaluated to me looked me over quickly and sent me on my way. Then a couple weeks later, I had an awful fall with another ER visit My face was completely a mess from the fall. I have multiple fractures in my face. Ask her if she would do some FMLA paperwork for me to protect. My job. Told me no said she was going to refer me to ENT and sent me on my way. ENT was not able to do... read more
I really like Lauren, she is willing to take the time to answer any questions you have and she is very informative. She never makes me feel rushed and I feel like she is truly empathetic towards her patients. Thank you Lauren! Keep doing a great job!!!
My appointment with Lauren Phillips,PA was very positive and informative. She took the time to answer my questions and didn't rush through. I feel she is a very good doctor and explains everything you need to know to better your health.
It was a productive visit. I accompanied and translated for the patient. Lauren made sure we were comfortable and had a clear understanding throughout visit. She even followed through with phone call concerning lab work results, etc after hours. Went above and beyond. Very friendly and caring. Need more folks like her. God bless her.
