I dont like the new system that automatically charges your credit card if you fill out the data before your appt. Mine was cancelled thru no fault of my own and I got charged for it. So I have to spend my time to contact them to get it corrected. I was on hold for 25 minutes. Not a good way to start my relationship with lifestance.
Laurette Abunaw met with us the fist time for comprehensive assessment and medication management that was on March 2024. She never got back in touch with us or submitted any assessments . She contacted us later about an issue with the insurance payment that was resolved instantly. In last week of May the pharmacy requested her approval for medication refill but she never responded then I tried to get in touch with her but she never answered . Nurse Laurette has helped me immensely over the past six months. When I started I was in a very low place personally and professionally. She really listened to my concerns and properly diagnosed me. For many years I was misdiagnosed. Today I feel great about my health and my mental wellbeing. I’m looking forward to living my best life….
My provider is wonderful. She worked with me diligently to find the right medication combination that has been working for some time now. I was in real distress and she made herself available to me as often as needed during that time. She has also helped me with getting a provider for my daughter that was a great fit. I would highly recommend!
She entered our virtual meeting 26+ minutes late due to personal matters. I had to call office reception to confirm if we were still on. She was apologetic but you can imagine how unimportant I felt from that point on. As far as the content of our meeting, Laurette did offer me some perspective on certain medications.
