She entered our virtual meeting 26+ minutes late due to personal matters. I had to call office reception to confirm if we were still on. She was apologetic but you can imagine how unimportant I felt from that point on. As far as the content of our meeting, Laurette did offer me some perspective on certain medications. My provider is wonderful. She worked with me diligently to find the right medication combination that has been working for some time now. I was in real distress and she made herself available to me as often as needed during that time. She has also helped me with getting a provider for my daughter that was a great fit. I would highly recommend!
