lady at the counter tried to take shoes i bought online claiming only that theyre the only one able to by that style of bowling shoes.
Needs better customer service thats for sure, the games need fixed. the place looks very low budget with how much money they make. was not a very good experience
Bad management, food prices aren’t posted on menus, be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for a game of bowling, owner seems to not care about customer service or employees rights or needs..Bathrooms are absolutely terrible and gross sinks only work half the time.
My friends and I used to go to Lava Lanes EVERY Sunday for $2.00 bowling. It was the best. Now I give it 3 stars cuz without the $2.00 games it's just too dang expensive!
We (husband, kids, parents, and siblings) had the worst experience with customer service at Lava Lanes that I've ever had. I was, and still am shocked at the way they treat their custumers. We had quite a bit of ongoing trouble with their computer system. Which is fine, that stuff happens. The problem was that management repeatedly refused to do anything to help us out, instead kept insisting that it was user error or that we were making it all up. Bowling was fun but the cook (bald guy that looked like he was on crack) had one heck of an attitude to our whole group, was very rude.
Staff was not very friendly:( a smile goes along way..
Only two choices in town so..... always fun bowling, could use a better selection of balls for adults, pizza is really awful - even my kids wouldn’t eat it. Salads are ok though and sandwiches too. Good drinks at the bar.
Staff is extremely disrespectful. Had an employee come up to our party and ask us who threw up in the ladies bathroom. I get it, cleaning up vomit is gross, done it plenty of times, but when you work with the public it's bound to happen. There were plenty of women there too, it could have been anyone.
