I have had nothing but great service from Lava Propane! Starting with there drivers, they are always respectful in a good mood and they make frequent stops for us to see if we need anything. I have also recently had some phone time with there office staff. They were calling us to get a customer review and they got a good one. Alfredo is such an amazing salesperson. He is always friendly and delivers our tanks promptly. Even with Las Vegas being over 100⁰ 7-8 months a year, we go through a lot of propane tanks. His expertise is greatly appreciated.
Jackie at Lava was very helpful. I had a defective tank (valve) I got from the local 7-Eleven and they refused to take it back. Jackie reached out to the owner and got it taken care of.
