I was expecting a quick and easy propane exchange you know just pull up swap the tank pay and leave. instead i had to wait like 20 minutes while the guy helped someone else with a totally differnet issue inside that didnt even involve propane it felt weird, almost like they forgot I was there or somthing. when it was finally my turn he just gestured to the back and said its in the shed no instructions no guidance. i found the tank area messy with tanks stacked and rolling around a bit and I'm not even sure the one I grabbed... read more
Jackie at Lava was very helpful. I had a defective tank (valve) I got from the local 7-Eleven and they refused to take it back. Jackie reached out to the owner and got it taken care of.
Rented a Lava propane tank and immediately heard a hissing gas leak when connecting it to my grill. I disconnected it and tested another Lava tank on the same grill, and that one worked perfectly with no leak. So the issue was clearly with the first tank. When I called Lava, the phone operator told me it was ‘normal because it was hot,’ which I did not agree with.
